  • Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.

571.5 Enforcement of lien.
A harvester may enforce a harvester’s lien in the manner provided for agricultural liens
pursuant to the uniform commercial code, chapter 554, article 9, part 6.
