907B.4 Interstate compact fee.
The department of corrections may assess a fee, not to exceed one hundred dollars, for
an application to transfer out of the state under the interstate compact for adult offender supervision. The fee may be waived by the department. The moneys collected pursuant to this section shall be deposited into the interstate compact fund established in § 904.117 and shall be used to offset the costs of complying with the interstate compact for adult offender supervision.
