- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 40-2132 through 40-2137, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the “long-term care partnership program act.”
