Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 40:1125.11
- Department: means the Louisiana Department of Health. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 40:1125.11
- Registry: means the sickle cell disease registry established by the provisions of this Subpart. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 40:1125.11
As used in this Subpart, the following terms have the meanings ascribed to them in this Section:
(1) “Department” means the Louisiana Department of Health.
(2) “Registry” means the sickle cell disease registry established by the provisions of this Subpart.
