A.  Any other donations, grants, or joint or coordinated assessments received or  collected pursuant to Chapter 90 of Title 15 of the United States Code and received by the commission shall be deposited into the separate interest-bearing account as provided in La. Rev. Stat. 40:1851(E) and such monies shall be used exclusively for the purposes as provided in this Section.

B.  Monies received or collected under the provisions of this Section shall only be used to enhance consumer and employee safety and training, to provide for research and development of clean and efficient propane utilization equipment, or to inform and educate the public about safety and other issues associated with the use of propane.
