Terms Used In Michigan Laws 123.955b
- incorporating unit: as used in this act shall be deemed to mean a county, city, village, township, intermediate school district or other school district incorporating an authority or joining in such incorporation. See Michigan Laws 123.953
Members of the commission may be paid such compensation, and such per diem and mileage for attending meetings, as may be provided by the commission with the approval of the incorporating unit or units.
