A person, including a guardian ad litem, conservator, or other fiduciary, may waive notice by a writing signed by the person or the person’s attorney and filed in the proceeding.
Terms Used In Minnesota Statutes 524.1-402
- Fiduciary: A trustee, executor, or administrator.
- Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
- Person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Minnesota Statutes 645.44
