Terms Used In Missouri Laws 238.020
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
The compact when signed by the signatories of each state as herein provided shall become binding upon the state of Missouri and shall be filed in the office of the secretary of state of Missouri.
