- Arrest: Taking physical custody of a person by lawful authority.
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Any peace officer of this state and its subdivisions shall and any agent of the conservation commission may enforce the provisions of this chapter and arrest violators thereof.
