The Director may fix the maximum number of samples that may be examined, diagnosed, analyzed or tested in the Department‘s laboratory free of charge for any one natural person, group or corporation in any one period, and may fix reasonable fees for samples submitted in excess of those tested free of charge.

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Department: means the State Department of Agriculture. See Nevada Revised Statutes 561.025
- Director: means the Director of the Department. See Nevada Revised Statutes 561.025
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
