A license to operate a barbershop may not be:

- Barbershop: means any establishment or place of business where the practice of barbering is engaged in or carried on. See Nevada Revised Statutes 643.010
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. Assigned from one person to any other person; or
2. Transferred from one location to another.
