A person may not operate any barbershop unless he or she complies with all the applicable requirements of NRS 643.200 and the regulations adopted by the Board.
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 643.1716
- Barbershop: means any establishment or place of business where the practice of barbering is engaged in or carried on. See Nevada Revised Statutes 643.010
- Board: means the State Barbers" Health and Sanitation Board. See Nevada Revised Statutes 643.010
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
