Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 12:7-34.47d
- Vessel: means a boat or watercraft, other than a sea plane on the water, used or capable of being used as a means of transportation on water. See New Jersey Statutes 12:7-71
A fee of $1.00 shall be charged and collected for the issuance of a tax exemption certificate for each vessel and for the annual renewal of said certificate
