Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 18A:72A-81
- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
47. Sections 47 through 49 of P.L.2009, c.90 (C. 18A:72A-81 et seq.) shall be known and may be cited as the “Higher Education Partnership Agreements Act.”
