The provisions of this act N.M. Stat. Ann. § 63-7-20 to 63-7-22 shall not apply to pipelines which are used for the transportation of oil, natural gas or the products thereof; neither shall the provisions of this act apply to common or contract motor carriers or aircraft carriers transporting passengers or property for hire.
