§ 186. Disposition of real property of the state devoted to the use of the organized militia. Whenever the adjutant general shall determine that any real property owned by the state and devoted to the use of the organized militia is no longer needed or adapted for such use, he may, with the approval of the director of the budget, make and file with the commissioner of general services a certificate in writing of such determination and a consent that such real property be sold or exchanged by the commissioner of general services in accordance with the provisions of § 25 of the public lands law. Such certificate shall be accompanied by, annexed to, or endorsed upon, an accurate map and description of such real property.
