Grants made to non-State entities through the NC Green Business Fund shall be subject to the oversight and reporting requirements of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 143C-6-23. The Department of Commerce shall publish a report on the commitment, disbursement, and use of funds allocated from the NC Green Business Fund at the end of each fiscal year. The report is due no later than September 1 and must be submitted to the following:

(1) Repealed by Session Laws 2017-57, s. 14.1(z), effective July 1, 2017.
