Compulsory Attendance 

North Dakota Code > Title 15.1 > Chapter 15.1-20 > § 15.1-20-04 - Home education - Definition

For purposes of this chapter, "home education" means an educational program for a child provided in accordance with chapter 15.1-23 by the child's parent in the child's home.
