§ 47-17-01	Month’s notice terminates estate at will
§ 47-17-02	Notice to terminate estate at will – Form – Service
§ 47-17-03	Re-entry or action for possession
§ 47-17-04	Three days’ notice sufficient for re-entry
§ 47-17-05	Action for possession – Re-entry reserved – No notice required

Grantor: The person who establishes a trust and places property into it.
Lease: A contract transferring the use of property or occupancy of land, space, structures, or equipment in consideration of a payment (e.g., rent). ^{Source: OCC}
Person: means an individual, organization, government, political subdivision, or government agency or instrumentality. See North Dakota Code 1-01-49
Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
written: include "typewriting" and "typewritten" and "printing" and "printed" except in the case of signatures and when the words are used by way of contrast to typewriting and printing. See North Dakota Code 1-01-37
