Terms Used In North Dakota Code > Chapter 47-34 - Real Estate Transaction Good Funds

  • Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
  • Escrow: Money given to a third party to be held for payment until certain conditions are met.
