On receipt of a notice pursuant to section 3123.43 of the Revised Code, the board of nursing shall comply with sections 3123.41 to 3123.50 of the Revised Code and any applicable rules adopted under section 3123.63 of the Revised Code with respect to a nursing license, medication aide certificate, dialysis technician certificate, or community health worker certificate issued pursuant to this chapter.

Terms Used In Ohio Code 4723.91

  • Dialysis technician: means an individual who holds a current, valid certificate to practice as a dialysis technician issued under section 4723. See Ohio Code 4723.01
  • Medication aide: means an individual who holds a current, valid certificate issued under this chapter that authorizes the individual to administer medication in accordance with section 4723. See Ohio Code 4723.01
