In the absence of fraud or bad faith, no monitoring organization that conducts a program established under section 4731.251 of the Revised Code and no agent, employee, member, or representative of such organization shall be liable in damages in a civil action or subject to criminal prosecution for performing any of the duties required by that section, the contract with the state medical board, or section 4731.252 or 4731.253 of the Revised Code.
