Janet Skews: ...
I live in Navarro County in Corsicana, Texas. We have land and mineral rights that have been in our family for over 120 years. Now the county planning and zoning commission denied our rights to the minerals. Soon the commissioners court will vote to let us drill. If they vote against us can we sue the county for our loss of minerals? This has been going on for almost a year now and we are loosing minerals and money.
