(a) The financial transactions of the Board of Law Examiners are subject to audit by the state auditor in accordance with Chapter 321.
(b) The board shall file annually with the supreme court, the governor, and the presiding officer of each house of the legislature a copy of the annual financial report prepared by the board under § 2101.011.
