58-47b-303. Term of license — Expiration — Renewal.

Terms Used In Utah Code 58-47b-303- Massage assistant: means an individual licensed under this chapter as a massage assistant. See Utah Code 58-47b-102
- Massage assistant in-training: means an individual licensed under this chapter as a massage assistant in-training. See Utah Code 58-47b-102
| (a) |
Except as provided in Subsection (3), the division shall issue a license under this chapter in accordance with a two-year renewal cycle established by division rule made in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act. |
| (b) |
A renewal period may be extended or shortened by as much as one year to maintain established renewal cycles or to change an established renewal cycle. |

| (2) |
Subject to Subsection (3), a license automatically expires on the expiration date shown on the license unless renewed by the licensee in accordance with Section 58-1-308. |
| (3) |
A massage assistant in-training license expires six months after the day on which the division issues the massage assistant in-training license. |
