There is created a Career Service Review Office. |
Terms Used In Utah Code 67-19a-201
- Administrator: means the person appointed under Section 67-19a-201 to head the Career Service Review Office. See Utah Code 67-19a-101
- Advice and consent: Under the Constitution, presidential nominations for executive and judicial posts take effect only when confirmed by the Senate, and international treaties become effective only when the Senate approves them by a two-thirds vote.
- Office: means the Career Service Review Office created under Section 67-19a-201. See Utah Code 67-19a-101

The governor shall appoint, with the advice and consent of the Senate, an administrator of the office. |
| (b) |
The administrator shall have demonstrated an ability to administer personnel policies in performing the duties specified in this chapter. |
