- Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Labor established by this chapter, or his or her authorized representative. See
- Employer: includes :
- Fund: means the Unemployment Compensation Fund established by this chapter, to which all contributions required and from which all benefits provided under this chapter shall be paid. See
§ 1461. Misrepresentation; penalties
If an approved plan or any representation for implementation of the plan is intentionally and substantially misleading or false, the employer shall be liable for any amount of benefits deemed by the Commissioner to have been improperly paid from the fund as a result thereof.
