  • Domestic: when applied to a corporation, company, association, or copartnership shall mean organized under the laws of this State; "foreign" when so applied, shall mean organized under the laws of another state, government, or country. See

§ 3445. Membership interest not a security

A membership interest in a domestic mutual insurance holding company shall not constitute a security as defined by 9 V.S.A. § 4202a. (Added 1995, No. 167 (Adj. Sess.), § 29a.)
