- Person: includes all partnerships, associations and bodies politic or corporate. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
Each Wisconsin law enforcement agency, as defined in s. 165.85 (2) (bv), shall keep an employment file, as defined in s. 165.85 (2) (ap), for each person the agency employs.
