- division: as used in this chapter means the division of workers' compensation of the department of labor and industrial relations of the state of Missouri. See Missouri Laws 287.020
The division of workers’ compensation shall create in each of its area offices a public information program to assist all parties involved with an injury or claim under this chapter.
