Terms Used In Missouri Laws 442.095
- minor: shall be construed as meaning any person who is less than eighteen years of age. See Missouri Laws 442.010
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Missouri Laws 1.020
- United States: includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
The provisions of sections 442.090 to 442.120 inclusive shall apply to any person otherwise eligible for a loan, guaranty, or insurance on a loan, pursuant to the Act of Congress of the United States entitled the Servicemen’s Readjustment Act of 1944, as amended, and the minor spouse of any eligible veteran.
