- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Any will admitted to probate or recorded under section 474.380 thereafter may be contested and annulled, within the same time, and in the same manner, as wills executed and proved in this state.
