Under the Guam Code, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:| Class | Prison | Fine |

It shall be unlawful, except for purposes directly connected with the administration of this Chapter and in accordance with regulations, for any person or persons to solicit, disclose, receive or make use of, or authorize, knowingly permit, participate in or acquiesce in the use of any list of, or names of, or any information concerning, persons applying for or receiving public assistance, directly or indirectly derived from the records, papers, files or communications of the Division of Public Welfare, or acquired in the course of performance of official duties. Any violation of this Section shall be a misdemeanor.
