The Task Force shall develop recommendations summarizing the best path towards identifying strategies that will help increase the supply of quality affordable housing for our senior citizens and to reduce barriers to providing health care and social services to our senior citizens in affordable housing. The recommendations shall include, but not be limited to, recommending possible funding sources for maintenance plans and generating data on adequacy, affordability, and availability standards of senior citizens housing on Guam. The Task Force shall provide an oral presentation to I Liheslaturan Guåhan through the Legislative Committee on Senior Citizens within the timeframe required under § 21309(c) of this Article.
