The ombudsman shall adopt rules pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 541-A relative to:
I. Establishing procedures to streamline the process of resolving complaints under this chapter.
II. Hearing procedures.
III. Other matters necessary to the proper administration of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 91-A:7-a through N.H. Rev. Stat. § 91-A:7-c.
