Notwithstanding ORS § 8.690, 9.160, 9.320 or 203.145 or ORS Chapter 180 or other law, in any contested case proceeding before the Oregon Health Authority, a party that is not a natural person may be represented by an attorney or by any officer or authorized agent or employee of the party. Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 413.041
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
