All money appropriated pursuant to this article to the California Exposition and State Fair, the Los Angeles County Fair, the Sixth District Agricultural Association, known and designated as Exposition Park, the citrus fruit fairs defined in § 4603 of the Food and Agricultural Code, and the 1-A District Agricultural Association, is exempt from § 16304 of the Government Code, and shall remain available for expenditure from year to year until expended.
