(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the name of the program provided for pursuant to Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 11200) is hereby changed to the California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids program, referred to as CalWORKs.

(b) Any reference to the Aid to Families with Dependent Children Program, Family Group and Unemployment program, and the Greater Avenues for Independence program shall be deemed to refer to the CalWORKs program.
