The provisions of this part apply to the taking and possession of fish for any commercial purpose. This part does not apply to activities governed under Division 12 (commencing with Section 15000).

Terms Used In California Fish and Game Code 7600
- Fish: means a wild fish, mollusk, crustacean, invertebrate, amphibian, or part, spawn, or ovum of any of those animals. See California Fish and Game Code 45
