- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
Not later than October 31 preceding each regular session of the legislature, the trustee shall certify the amount necessary to pay the state contributions to the fund to:
(1) the Legislative Budget Board; and
(2) the budget division of the governor’s office.
