Terms Used In Texas Labor Code 412.033

  • Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005

The board shall hire a qualified person to serve as director of the office. The director serves at the pleasure of the board.
