Any person who or that violates any of the provisions of this chapter, or of the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to this chapter, and any principal, proprietor, agent, servant, or employee, who or that directs or knowingly permits the violation or who aids or assists in the violation, shall upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100).
