Terms Used In 39 CFR Part 966 - Rules of Practice in Proceedings Relative to Administrative Offsets Initiated Against Former Employees of the Postal Service

  • Answer: The formal written statement by a defendant responding to a civil complaint and setting forth the grounds for defense.
