You must use CDX to complete and submit the reporting form required under this part. Submissions may only be made as set forth in this section. Submissions must be sent electronically to EPA via CDX. The information submitted and all attachments (unless the attachment appears in scientific literature) must be in English. All information must be true and correct.   • Attachment: A procedure by which a person's property is seized to pay judgments levied by the court.
