(a) Property used to aid a violation of Alaska Stat. § 11.61.123 – 11.61.128 or to aid the solicitation of, attempt to commit, or conspiracy to commit a violation of Alaska Stat. § 11.61.123 – 11.61.128 may be forfeited to the state upon the conviction of the offender.

  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
  • property: includes real and personal property. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
  • state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
(b) In this section, “property” has the meaning given in Alaska Stat. § 11.41.468.
