Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 18.55.760
- municipality: means a political subdivision incorporated under the laws of the state that is a home rule or general law city, a home rule or general law borough, or a unified municipality. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
Upon the adoption of an ordinance finding that dwelling conditions of the character described in Alaska Stat. § 18.55.750 exist in a municipality, its governing body may adopt an ordinance relating to dwellings that are unfit for human habitation.
