Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 26.25.030
- state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
In accordance with Article III(h) of the National Guard Mutual Assistance Compact, members of the National Guard forces of this state shall be considered to be in state service at all times when engaged under this Compact, and shall be entitled to all rights and benefits provided under Alaska Stat. § 26.05.260.
