Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 28.37.020
- department: means the Department of Administration. See Alaska Statutes 28.90.990
- state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
In this chapter the term “licensing authority” with reference to this state means the entity in the Department of Administration that administers Alaska Stat. § 28.15.011 – 28.15.151. The department shall furnish to the appropriate authority of another party state the information or documents reasonably necessary to facilitate the administration of Alaska Stat. § 28.37.130 – 28.37.150.
