The department may adopt regulations, under Alaska Stat. Chapter 44.62 (Administrative Procedure Act) that establish rates of reimbursement to providers for medical expenses incurred, as well as other regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of Alaska Stat. § 47.08.010 – 47.08.140.
