- person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
When a needy person is not entitled to assistance under Alaska Stat. § 47.25.120 – 47.25.300, the needy person may receive assistance in the form and amount that the department considers necessary.
